Welcome to "The Ranch," a 440-acre gated community designed for Class A Motor Coaches, Fifth-Wheels, and "Super C" Motorcoaches. Our community boasts over 590 spacious sites with an average size of 40 X 80 feet, ensuring ample room for multiple slide-outs. You'll love our six tennis/pickle-ball courts, two clubhouses, exercise room, and 27 lakes, including a catch-and-release fishing lake. Plus, our beautiful 14-hole challenging Executive (Par 3) Golf course meanders throughout the resort, providing an exciting challenge for golfers of all skill levels.
At our MarketPlace, you'll find everything you need, and Missy's Cafe 15th Hole Bar & Grill is open Wednesday through Friday for lunch and dinner, and Saturday & Sunday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
If you're traveling with a furry friend, you'll be happy to know that "The Ranch" is dog-friendly. Our dog park is the perfect spot to socialize with other owners and guests while giving your dog some exercise.
"The Ranch" hosts several golf tournaments weekly, and our Activities Committee hosts free movie nights, music by the lake, and annual Memorial Day and 4th of July events. On Sundays, there's a nondenominational church service in the small clubhouse.
Surrounded by miles of trails for walking and jogging, nearby hillsides, and gravel/dirt roads that entice hikers, as well as riders of bicycles, motorcycles, and off-road vehicles, "The Ranch" is the perfect place to enjoy the great outdoors. Come and experience it for yourself!
